National MEMS Academy (SGAUS)

Introduction

Hi, I am SGM White of the Indiana Guard Reserve, and your 2011 MEMS Academy Commandant. I would like to welcome you to our new site. It will be under construction for a short period of time to ensure we give you the best infomation we can, so you can complete your MEMS program.  The MEMS program has evolved greatly over the past few years. This site was developed to creat a direct line of communication for all members. So, come and learn what we have to give. Our Values are:

                                 SERVICE

                                                                       EXCELLENCE

                                                                       INTEGRITY

                                                                       LEADERSHIP

These values will not be circumvented in way, shape of form. The integrity of the program lies within those whom we give the leadership roles in this program.

The MEMS (Military Emergency Management Specialist) Academy is a program established to give State Defense Forces and Civil Authorities the ability to obtain credentialing in the field of Emergency Management. The MEMS Academy Program is supported by the State Guard Association of the United States. The MEMS Academy Program is comprised of three qualification levels: Basic, Senior, and Master.  The MEMS Academy Program also has a designation for those who participate in an actual incident response.

I have posted Cafepress Accounts for Basic, Senior and Master MEMS at the Resource page.  Enjoy....SGM White
